Introduction

TBox Intelligence Service (the "Service") is a digital platform for strategic and tactical decision support and geopolitical and industrial information provided by TBox Sweden AB ("TBox") to your employer.

1. General

By clicking "OK" below, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms constitute an agreement between you and TBox that you undertake to comply with when using the Service.

2. The Service

The Service is made available to you via the t-box.se domain.

The content and functionality of the Service, as well as the terms and conditions for your use of the Service, may change from time to time, which you will be made aware of when you log in. It is your obligation to keep yourself informed of the terms and conditions that apply at any given time.

The user account is personal and may only be used by you personally. Username and password are provided via multi-factor authentication. If you are unable to login or have reason to believe that someone else is using your account, please contact support immediately - tech@t-box.se.

TBox shall not be liable for any damages of any kind (including, but not limited to, direct, indirect and consequential damages, lost revenues, lost business opportunities, or damages arising from loss of data or business interruption) arising out of your use of the Service, or due to any problems with the Service.
